If I was accepted for the position, I would be able to complete all tasks efficiently and with an eagerness to learn I would endeavor to make the most of this opportunity to positively impact my community Currently I am heavily involved in student government at Florida Atlantic University, serving

my constituents as a representative and committee chair As the Ways and Means chair I and my

committee review requests and make recommendations for funding from Boca Raton Student

government accounts for various organizations on campus Since elected to the position I have focused

my efforts to taking on the growth of the health facilities on our campus, specifically the phycological facilities, where we are the third highest in the state for being over the amount of kids per psychologist necessary I have traveled to Tallahassee to advocate for bills HB155, HB153, and SB2; allowing for financial aid to be extended into summer semester and termination of excess credit hour surcharges

For my qualifications, I am used to working on multiple tasks in an environment where

assignments are time sensitive and highly visible to the public I have experience this through holding various positions of leadership in school government and sports, as well as simultaneously working to support myself through college I very organized and self-reliant, traits that have proved invaluable while

I act as secretary of my fraternity and run the tennis department for the Ritz Carlton in Naples during my time away from University I also know how to communicate effectively with different audiences, one of the reasons I was chosen to represent Florida Students Association last spring in Tallahassee at the Capitol to talk to Representatives and Senators, such as yourself
