College Feedback Reports

The College Feedback Reports analyze the academic performance of students who were enrolled as incoming transfer students during the Fall 2017 term Incoming transfer students are

identified as those students who applied for admission to Auburn University as a transfer, whose first term of enrollment was Summer or Fall 2017, and who were enrolled during Fall 2017 To

be included in the reports, a student is required to have a minimum of 15 semester-hours of transfer credit from your institution and a minimum of 30 semester-hours of transfer credit overall In addition, the reports include applicant data for Summer/Fall 2017 terms

Report 1 lists students with credit from your institution who enrolled as a new transfer student at Auburn University during Fall 2017 Information provided includes the last year of attendance at

your institution along with the number of credits earned, and the college and major of enrollment at Auburn, along with the hours attempted in Fall 2017 Also included is summary information displaying the total number of enrolled students with credit from your institution, other Alabama colleges/universities, and out-of-state colleges/universities

Report 2 compares the academic performance of students with credit from your institution to that of all incoming Auburn University transfer students for the Fall 2017 term Students are

grouped by the GPA earned on credit from your institution Information provided includes the number of students scoring within each GPA range, the average number of hours attempted, the average number hours earned, and the Auburn University GPA for the Fall 2017 term

Report 3 compares the cumulative academic performance of students over the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 terms Students are grouped by the GPA earned on credit from your institution

Information provided includes the number of “Spring completers”1, the average cumulative attempted hours, the average cumulative earned hours, and the average cumulative Auburn University GPA Attempted hours include all hours attempted from Fall 2017 through Spring 2018 Earned hours include only those hours used in Auburn University grade-point computations

Report 4 compares the number “Spring completers”1 with credit from your institution to all incoming Auburn University transfer students Students are grouped by the GPA earned on credit from your institution Information provided includes the numbers of students enrolled during Fall term, the number of students completing the Spring semester, and the percentage of students

completing the Spring semester

Report 5 compares the cumulative number of hours passed by students with credit from your institution to the number passed by all incoming Auburn University transfer students over the Fall

2017 and Spring 2018 terms Students are grouped by range of hours passed Hours passed include hours used in Auburn University grade-point computations and from Pass/Fail courses

Report 6 lists all Auburn University courses in which students with credit from your institution enrolled during the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 terms Information provided for each course

includes the frequency of grades awarded, the number of students enrolled, the average course GPA earned by students with credit from your institution, and the average course GPA of all

incoming Auburn University transfer students

Report 7 compares the hours of credit earned by students from your institution to that earned by all incoming Auburn University transfer students Information provided includes a count of

students with credit from your institution compared to the total number of entering transfer students, along with the average number of hours earned at your institution compared to average total number of hours earned Also included are ranges of hours for which students earned credit and the numbers and percentages of students that fall within each range

Report 8 compares applicant data for students with credit from your institution to all Auburn University transfer applicants Information provided includes the number of applications for transfer

admission submitted, the number of applicants who were accepted, and the number of entering transfer students enrolled
