2.Define the four Ps in the marketing mix When you buy a new product, which of the four Ps influences your decision to buy?
The four Ps in the marketing mix is: product, price,place, promotions
- product is an object subject that can be counted or service is an intangible object that cannot be counted by mass All are considered products of a business to provide to the consumer market eg: phone, motorbike, food…
- price is the cost the customer has to pay in exchange for the supplier's product or service Price will be determined by a number of factors including market share, competition, raw material costs, product identity and customer perceived value of the product
- Place are meant to represent the locations where a product can be purchased Place can include any stores as well as virtual stores on the internet as long as it can help consumers reach to buy the product
- Finally, promotions are activities that ensure that customers easily purchase and receive a product and have a good impression of the product after purchasing the product but this includes public relations and retail advertising in particular, television advertising, radio,
newspapers, billboards, product placement in movies, sponsorship of television programs and radio channels that are widely watched by the general public, or sponsorship of programs for the public for loyal customers
When i buy a new product i usually care about its price because I am a student and saving is very necessary for me at this time So I always choose products that are cheaper than similar products

4.What qualities and skills should a good manager have?
First of all, I think a good manager must always be hardworking, creative and be a good example for subordinates especially, they must have a high sense of responsibility, when bad management leads to mistakes in the group, they must be the first to take responsibility and not criticize or blame anyone in the team Finally, assertiveness at work is the core value of a good manager they can listen to other people's opinions but they must be a decisive person, keep their stance and point of view, not listen to the advice of others in a non-selective way That all things i think a good manager should have

In a team, Conflicts among members is inevitable But the important thing is how to resolve that conflict
to have an effective professional working environment Let's say I'm a manager of a company When members of the group are in conflict with each other, I will ask them to go to separate corners, be quiet, and take a few deep breaths Then I will go to the two of you privately to ask for their opinion and find a solution to the problem and in the end they had to make up and apologize to each other
