INTERNSHIP REPORT: PANTADO TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

During the early phases of the pandemic, the covid19 virus had a significant impact on many aspects of peoples daily lives, especially education. In such circumstances, online education is the only way for people to overcome the crisis. However, this is not a novel manner; it has been utilized for many years in nations all over the world. Although teaching by traditional methods has not been completely replaced, it can be said that people seem to prefer online education much more in the Covid19 period. Founded in 2016, PANTADO is regarded as one of the pioneers who recognized the potential that online education can provide to learners. Being studentcentered and fundamental to the learning process has proven that Pantados mission and vision are truly meaningful to individual students and the country as a whole. As a finalyear student majoring in Business English at Thương Mai University, I am grateful for the opportunity to work as an intern at the PANTADO companys Training Department. During my internship here, I got the opportunity to get the most out I learned at university and compile my internship report. Furthermore, the strengths and weaknesses of my internship will help me identify the career path.

Founded in 2016, PANTADO is regarded as one of the pioneers who recognized the potential that online education can provide to learners Being student-centered and fundamental to the learning process has proven that Pantado's mission and vision are truly meaningful to individual students and the country as a whole As a final-year student majoring in Business English at Thương Mai University, I am grateful for the opportunity to work as an intern at the PANTADO company's Training Department During my internship here, I got the opportunity to get the most out I learned at university and compile my internship report Furthermore, the strengths and weaknesses of my internship will help me identify the career path

Under the Ministry of Education and Training’s guidance, training program English for all levels from elementary school to high school In other words, Pantado educates and trains learners with the age from 5 to 17 Moreover, the organization also has the classes for the adult only who want to improve, strengthen and advance communication skill and prepare for an exam With online class model, the learners will obtain a plenty of knowledge and the goals they set rapidly

1.1.4 Organizational structure of PANTADO SJC

The organizational structure of the Pantado SJC consists of several levels There is essentially a board of directors; related directors/officers such as CEO, CCO, CHRO, and CTO; a deputy CEO, and seven departments

 Board of directors :

When it comes to handling a business, the Board of directors has a few particular roles and responsibilities The board of directors, in a clear and brief manner, may discuss and make decisions regarding the company's strategy, development plan, and yearly business plan Besides, they are also the petitioners for the company's reorganization, dissolution, or bankruptcy

 CEO :

As the founder and CEO of the company, Mr.Cong is responsible for determining not only the strategic direction and steps of the unit in each period but also all production activities of Pantado Moreover, CEO directly controls 3 officers (CCO, CHRO, and CTO.)

 Deputy CEO:

This position is assistance in managing and operating Pantado SJC's activities as assigned by Mr Cong Additionally, Mr.Hieu also is proactive deployment and performance of specified duties, as well as assuming responsibility for operational outcomes in front of CEO He has to construct departmental management goals and policies

 CCO:

CCO is responsible for ensuring that the firm meets its sales and cash flow projections per month, quarter, or year At the same time, he is in responsible for formulating the Pantado brand as well as the product's market share ratio by market size Finally, via the services provided by Pantado, maintain the highest standards of the company's client experience

 Marketing Department: In general, Marketing Department is in charge of

reducing marketing expenditures by combining marketing campaigns and course discounts From that, it is possible to boost the brand even further

a fundamental level HR Department and Training Department both operate

under his direction

 HR Department:

This department is in charge of supplying human resources for the company's operations and controlling the quality of HR and service models in accordance with the requirements of the departments However, not only this position but also the other departments take part in the process to recruit the best staff for the organization

 Training Department:

PANTADO's study programs depend on this department Team of Training Department will be in charge of the following duties: sharing information about management and teacher training, receiving teacher feedback, class placement, and changing courses for educators It also focuses on researching and developing training materials and processes of the firm

 CTO: IT Department and Financial Department belong to CTO's guidance

 IT Department:

The IT department is responsible for meeting the technological and operational requirements of the company's machinery systems With the digital era, optimizing operational transactions by technology is the company's top priority

 Financial Department:

Through monthly financial data and management, this department guarantees the company's financial activity They plan income and spending properly, preventing firm losses

Pantado SJC has seven departments, all of which are overseen and managed by directors With each goal distinctive but not separate from the others, the departments of Pantado Company have been enabled to maximize their potential

Pantado having 5 years of expertise teaching English to learners, is becoming more reliable for participants and their parents Business operations have also been pretty impressivesince the Covid-19 outbreak, as shown in the table of business results for 2019-2020

It is clear that Pantado's business performance during the last two years has been pretty impressive Total revenue in 2020 grew by 2,287,176 thousand VND over

2019 and the growth speed is 11.63% Business operations were aided in part by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, and the company's overall revenue climbed significantly due to the swift adaption and preferment of online courses Compared

to 2019, Sales expenditures flourished by 18.43% in 2020 Nonetheless, by virtue

of organizations' "work from home" policy, general and administrative expenses climbed quite modestly by 90,950 thousand VND (3.52%) Pantado's profit after taxes increased by 22,73% year on year in 2020 When there is fierce rivalry in the market, it might be a good indicator Pantado has solidified its position and is continually looking for ways to expand and growth even during the pandemic, which is proved by that numbers
