1.1. Theory Step 1: Theory
Upon the arrival of ten participants, the research team initiated the group discussion by establishing the foundational principles of the study and posing ten open- ended questions, with each question corresponding to a specific research concept.
Throughout the course of the group discussion, participants were encouraged to express their perspectives and opinions regarding these open-ended inquiries. Once an ample number of responses had been gathered, the research team proceeded to amalgamate and synthesize the various viewpoints in order to refine the terminology and augment the scale.
Following a comprehensive synthesis of the participants' opinions, the study team compiled a list encompassing the observed variables associated with the scale. These variables were categorized as follows: There is one independent variable SDA with a 5- item scale; The three intermediate variables are DDDT with 4-item scale, CbHTR with 3-item scale and ILM with 5-item scale, which affects the dependent variable OSCP with 10-item scale. With the completion of the scale, the research team proceeded to advance to the subsequent step, denoted as step 2.
Step 2: Group discussion.
The committee convened with the original cohort of ten managers and directors in order to deliberate on potential actions pertaining to the scale's nomenclature. During these subsequent meetings, the committee discussed the viability of either discarding certain elements of the scale, making modifications to its existing components, or implementing adjustments to the overall nomenclature.
