Program Management

ADC maintenance services start with an overall coordination of various maintenance programs Our program management service includes:

• Primary customer and vendor interface

• Management of repair-and-return processes and logistics

• Service Level Agreement compliance and metrics reporting

• Documented equipment replacement procedures and equipment routines with task statements, including contact lists and escalation policies

Network and Equipment Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance Service

ADC works closely with our customers to provide scheduled, preventive maintenance services, which are required to provide optimum long-term life and performance of critical network elements

ADC’s scheduled preventive maintenance services include:

• Determination of required preventive maintenance tasks

• Determination of the recommended preventive maintenance schedule of tasks, including monthly, quarterly, annual or bi-annual tasks

• Dispatching of the appropriate maintenance technician(s)

• Performance of preventive maintenance tasks and completion of required documentation

Emergency Corrective Maintenance

ADC provides remedial, on-demand maintenance support to perform the following services:

• Call dispatch from the service call center

• Retrieval of maintenance spare equipment and any specialized test equipment from the closest ADC maintenance location

• Perform diagnostics on the equipment and coordination with the customer to replace and repair the defective unit

• Trouble ticket resolution

• Defective parts management, including documentation and repair and return

Service Call Center and Dispatch

ADC offers a single point of contact with the following responsibilities:

• Receipt of service call from the Customer NOC

• Trouble ticketing

• Technician dispatch

• Spares retrieval

• Maintenance

• Trouble ticket resolution

• Activity reporting

NOC Services

ADC’s Network Operations Center (NOC) Services include network monitoring and management to provide timely and critical information on network status Our NOC services include:

• 24x7 live network management

• Fault detection and management

• Notification and escalation

• Diagnostics and problem resolution

• Service-level agreement management

• Extensive reporting Senior ADC network engineers with multivendor and multitechnology expertise are available to support a NOC function This team can help quickly identify the root cause of problems and improve uptime of your network

Circuit Provisioning

For central offices, customer premises and other

service hub locations, ADC offers both scheduled

and on-demand circuit provisioning, which

includes:

• Provisioning and circuit activation based on

customer-specific requirements

• Circuit wiring and circuit pack installation

• Circuit testing and performance measurement

• Circuit verification with the NOC

• Fault diagnostics and one-site trouble shooting

Technical Assistance Center (TAC)

ADC’s TAC offers a single point of contact for

the support of ADC-manufactured products and

those from several OEM partners Our TAC service

provides:

• Dedicated call-in number staffed by an on-call

engineer

• Direct contact with the NOC to attempt remote

trouble resolution

• Direct contact with OEMs to attempt remote

trouble resolution

• Dispatch of local technicians

Depot Services

To ensure the best possible response for maintenance service needs, ADC offers a depot service to stock and maintain equipment spares and parts-repair kits ADC maintains parts lists with serial and version numbers, restocks as needed and manages the return and replacement

of any defective OEM parts, as well as updating all required documentation We also verify the return of fixed equipment from an OEM and verify the repair charges, and bench test returned

or replacement parts before returning them to inventory
