LESSON 1: GETTING STARTED – LISTEN & READ

I.OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to get some information

about the environment problems, do something to protect the environment and save natural resources

- Explain new words:

responding to instructions, develop speaking skill

1 Warm – Up: (5’)

- Ask students to look carefully at the picture then tell

them to name as many things as possible

boxes, bottles, glasses, jars, plastic bags, food cans,

drinking tins, vegetables, clothes, shoes, schoolbags,

sandals, fruit peels, rotten fruits, material, cloth bags”

- Ask students to classify the items into groups and

put them in the right row
