B OPERATION/ VẬN HÀNH

1 Pick up call:

- Pick up in Group ( include Extensions in a Group)

Pick up  *40  01 (01 is a User group)

- Pick up direct Extension ( Ext is ringing)

Pick up  *41  EXT number

2 Transfer:

- Push Transfer (Flash)  push EXT number  drop down

3 Calling:

- Pick up  EXT number (Calling another EXT)

- Pick up  Outside number

4 Calling using an account code:

- Pick up  *49*  Account code  # Outside number

5 Recording DISA messages:

Pick up and push *361  1  EXT number need recording (501-564)  waiting Speak the recording messages  Auto dial (store)

6 Listening the recording message:

Pick up and push *362  2  EXT number has recording

7 Reset your Extension:

Pick up  *790  Tone  drop down

8 Day/Night mode:

Pick up  *780  0 (: Day)  Tone  Drop down

1 : Night

2 : Lunch

3 : Break

9 Locking EXT number:

Open: Pick up *78  2  EXT number  Drop down

Lock: Pick up *78  3  EXT number  Drop down

10 Call forward:

- Open: Call Forward to EXT number

Pick up  *71  0 2: all call  Ext Number  #  Tone  Drop down

3: Busy

4: No Answer

5: Busy / No answer

- Cancel: Pick up  *71  0  0  Ext Number  #  Tone Drop down

- Set (open) call forward to outside call

Pick up -> *71 -> 1 ->2: all call -> Ext No -> # -> Tone -> Drop

down

3: Busy

4: No answer

5: Busy / No answer

- Cancel: Pick up -> *71 -> 1 -> 0 -> Ext -> # -> Tone -> Drop down.

- Call Forward Intercom call

Pick up-> *71 -> 2: all call -> # -> Tone -> Drop down

3: Busy

4: No answer

5: Busy / No answer

- Cancel:

Pick up -> *71 ->Both call -> *71 -> 1 -> 0 -> Ext -> # -> Tone -> Drop down.

- Set /call forward follow me

Pick up -> Outside call -> 7: set / 8: Cancel -> Ext No -> tone -> Drop down.

11 Conference

- Key Telephone:

Answering push Conf/Transfer -> 0/9 -> EXT number -> Talk -> Conf/Transfer

-> 3 -> talk (3 parties)

Answering push Flash/Hookswitch -> 0/9 -> EXT number-> Talk ->

Flash/Hookswitch -> 3 -> talk ( 3 parties ).
