+ Work individually, in pairs/ groups

IV PROCEDURES: Time 40’

- Greetings: T – Ss greet each other

- Checking attendance: Who’s absent today? Ss: Answer

2 Warm up: (5’)

- Ask ss to role play the story Cat and Mouse 1

3 New lesson:

*Activity 1 Read and listen to the story(6’)

- Ask pupils open the book on page 38

- Set the context: Read the title of the story

(Do you understand it? Can you guess what

you are going to read about?

- This is the first of the four cartoons about

Miu the Cat and Chit the Mouse

- Ask them to look at the pictures and ask

them questions

- Play the tape and let the pupils read and

listen
