The Soneplex T1 Intelligent Office Repeater (RLXIOR)

module extends a single DS1 up to 3,000 feet, and can be

optioned as either an automatic span power repeater or a

long haul DS1 interface to a DSX The RLXIOR supports

intelligent loopbacks and span powers intelligent repeater

modules and network interface devices

ADC’s Soneplex system is the lowest total cost solution

for carriers to grow their T1-based business services

Focused on providing flexible, end-to-end solutions, the

Soneplex system saves carriers money on T1-based

services over copper or fiber, using HDSL, HDSL2,

traditional T1 repeater or optical DS2 technology, in a

single platform From operations, maintenance,

provi-sioning and high-speed backbone connections to central

office space and cabling, the Soneplex system is designed

to take costs out of today’s T1 delivery approach, adding

Soneplex T1 Intelligent Office Repeater Module SPX-RLXIOR0A2

The RLXIOR module supports traditional T1 repeater circuits at 1.544 Mbps It monitors, collects and reports DS1 line and path performance data to the Main Processor Unit which directly interfaces to a remote operation support system (OSS) for enhanced network management, circuit visibility and system control

Fully NEBS compliant, including the GR-1089 Class A3 specification, the RLXIOR utilizes

a constant current 60 mA power design at +/-130 VDC, making it safe for network deploy-ment and span powering of remote eledeploy-ments The RLXIOR is simple to install and circuit provisioning and service turn-up are fast The Soneplex Loop Extender or Soneplex Broadband system can support up to 28 RLXIOR modules for cost-effective T1-based service delivery
