Step1/ Birac1:The qualified threaded pipe's threadswill be coated by a paint layer whichaims to create a connective layerbetween the pipe and the next primingmaterial Besides, it also acts as asealing substance The paint layer shallsufficient to drench the sack (jute) orwool layer.

Step3/ Buac 3 :
The next layer is Teflon, wrappingdirection is clockwise. Depending on thematerial type of step 2, the number ofTeflon laps will vary According toexperiences:
-The material type in step 2 is sack
(jute): all threads will be evenlywrapped by Teflon for 15 to 20laps
-The material type in step 2 is wool:all threads will be evenlywrapped for 25 to 30 laps

After completing the above 4 steps,execute the pipe to fittingsconnection as shown in the besidesfigure
Sau khi hodn thien 4 buac tren thi tien hanh ket noi dug vai phu kien nhu hinh ben.
Besides the above method ofconnection, there is also the method
of using A+B glue which requiresonly the panning of glue on gasketsurface and connecting it to thefittings

+ Repeat the above steps until allthe nuts are firmly tightened/

5.4 1 Pressure test for branch pipe / Tlur dp dug nluinh
Step 1: Check whether the pipe was installed properly with the drawings or not, the pipe must
be straight,notbent
Budc I : Kiem tra dudng ong da lap dat dung v&i ban ve , ong phcii thdng , khong bi non cong.
Step 2:Check and seal all outlet plugs.
Bw & c 2 : Kiem tra va bit tat cci cac dan cho nut bit.
Step3: Install valve,meterat the easily observable position
Biroc 3: Lap van , dong ho d vi tri de quan sat .
Step 4:Install an air drain valveatthe endof the pipe.
Biroc 4 : Lap 1 van xa khi d diem cuoiciiadudng ong .
Step5: Preparea bucket of clean water and pump water from this bucket into the pipe(Volume
of water prepared to pump into the pipe depends on the total internal volume of pipe for theleaking test).
Birdc 5: Chuan hi xo nude sqch de bom vao ben trong dudng ong ( tiiy theo tong the rich ben trong cua dudng ong can thirxi bao nhieu ma chuan bi the rich nude de bom vao cho tuong ling ).
Step6: Connect the suction head of the pump into the bucket of water above,and connect thepumphead into the outlet mentioned in step 3
Biroc 6: Ket noi dudng ong hutciiamay bom vao xo nude , dudng ong day vao ddu cho neu d bude 3 .
Step7: Startthe pump to pump water into the pipe
Budc 7: Khdi dong bom de bom nude vao ben trong dudng ong .

Budc 9: Khi co nude chdy thanh dong ra d van xa khi thi khoa van nay lai.
Step10: Increase water pressure up to 10 bar Subscribe this pressure in about 30 minutes butthispressuremust notfall down over 0,6 bar.
Buac 10 : Nen dp lire nude len den 10 bar . Theo doi dp sudt nay trong khoang th&i gian 30 phut
vd dp sudt nay khong duac sut giam qua 0 , 6 bar.
Step 11: Checkall joints between pipes and fittings, and outlet plugs
Budc 11 : Kiem tra tat cd ede nidi noi giira ong vd phu kien, ede dan bit
Step 12: Increase the presure upto 12 bar and soak for 4 hours if there is no leakage after 30minute checking visually
Budc 12: Sau 30 phut kiem tra bang mat thudng neukhong thay xi thi nen dp dung bang 12 bar vd ngdm trong 4 gid.
Step 13: If thepressure drop is less than or equal to 0.2 bar after 4 hourchecking,the systemistight (no leakage)
Budc 13 : Sau 4 gid neu dp sudt sut dp nho hern hoac bang 0 , 2 bar thi he thong Id kin ( khong bi
xi)
Step 14: Discharge waterand pressure inside the pipe and finish the leaking test
Budc 14: Xd dp xudt vd nude ben trong dudng ong , ket thuc qua trinh thirxi .

5.4 2 Pressure test for main pipe / Thiir ap on <zchinh
Step 1: Check whether the installed pipes is straight and supports are fully installated or not
Budc 1: Kiem fra duovg ong true da lap plidi thang vd duac lap day dii gid do.
Step2: Lock all of branch valves
Budc 2 : Khoa tat ca ede van thong vdo tang
Step 3: Install pressure meter at the lowest position of the axis at which leaking test is beingchecked
Budc 3: Lap dqt dong ho dp sudt d vitrithdp nhat ciia true dang thirxi .
Step 4: Add water into the pipe by pouring water into the top end of the vertical pipe or
pumpingwaterfrom the bottom end of the vertical pipe, discharge air inside the pipe
Budc 4: Cho nude vdo day trong true bang each do nude vdo dau tren cua ong true dung hoac bam vdo tuphla dudi ciia true dung , duoi liet kill trong dudng ong ra ngodi.
Step 5:Lock valve at the top endof the pipe or seal the top end of the pipe by welding
Budc 5: Khoa van d dan tren cung cua true hoac hdn bit dau tren cung cua dudng ong lai .
Step6: Increase water pressure up to 12 bar. Subscribe this pressure in about 30 minutes butthis pressure must not fall down over 0,6 bar.
Budc 6: Nen dp lire nude len den 12 bar. Theo doi dp sudt nay trong khoang thdi gian 30 phut
vd dp sudt nay khong duac sut giam qua 0 , 6 bar.
