1 Rationale

Education plays an important role with each country, especially with the economic development, which is the same in Vietnam In the country, if the rate of educated person is high, it means the indicators of economic development will also

go up The high quality workforce who is better skilled and trained in an accurate education will be a motivation for future growth

Vietnam recognizes education as a national priority Since 2017, the government has spent an annual education budget in Vietnam approximately 20%, equivalent to 5% of GDP In order to reduce pressure on spending from the state budget, mobilize resources for development and improve the quality of education and training, especially the State promotes the socialization of education and

training training at university level in engineering - technology and vocational training, in addition to always creating conditions for companies to develop abroad

in Asia and around the world The government's strong commitment to education and long-standing cultural and social support for education has resulted in

significant progress in this area

Our Party and State are consistent in the view that education and training are the top national policy This viewpoint is reflected throughout the documents ofthe Party Central Resolution 3, (Session VII) of 1993 affirmed: “Science and technology, education and training are the top national policy; investment in

education is investment in development ” Central Resolution 8, (Session XI) once

again affirms: "Education and training are the first national policy, the cause of the Party, State and the entire people"

Vietnam has high primary school completion rates, strong gender parity, low student/teacher ratios, and a low out of school rate The country policy

“Fundamental School Quality Level Standards” provided universal access to

education and ensured that minimal conditions were met in every primary school

Vietnam is known for its rigorous curriculum that is deemed competitive forstudents Secondary education is one of the most significant social issues in the country: designated schools known as "High schools for the gifted" are regarded as prestigious and often demand high entrance examination results Higher education

is also a fundamental cornerstone in Vietnamese society Entrance to university is determined through the National High School Graduation Examination, whose results will be considered for evaluation The higher the score is, the more

prestigious the institution will be

Despite these achievements, the country still faces some challenges

Access and quality are still concerns for lower secondary education and quality is

overcome: (the quality of education is still low, taking care to develop more

quantity than quality, there are still many unsatisfactory contents compared to the country's development requirements; The investment structure for education and training is not reasonable, in the expenditure structure for education and training there is an inadequate investment in all levels of education; the current budget allocation norm for vocational training is too low; Training is not really linked to the goals, not based on the results of the outcomes

In this paper I am going to carry out the topic of “Learn English in education.”

The following are the purposes of the internship:

- An internship provides a real life experience and exposure It enables the intern to gain first-hand exposure of working in the real life which is

remarkably valuable towards the intern’s career

- It allows the student to harness the skill, knowledge and theoretical practice been taught in the university To provide the students with an opportunity to apply the knowledge in real work situation thereby closing the gap between academic work and the actual practice

schools but also duty of the whole society
