A.The aims of the lesson

1 Knowledges

+ The aims: By the end of the lesson, ss will be able to:

- Classroom Imperatives to understand the teacher’s commands

+ Vocabulary: come in, sit down, open your book, close your book, stand up + Structure: :- Imperative: Come in! Sit down!

2 Skills : - Practice listening, speaking, reading, writing.

3 Attitude: - Help ss to have good consciousness in order to use, understand

the teacher’s commands

B Preparations

1.Teacher : posters, computer, speaker, projecter

2 Students: Unit 2 A1-2,4

C Methods: - Model-Talk-Practice, individual work, pair work

- Some techniques can be used: STB, matching, Mime Drill

D Procedure :

I Organization: ( 1 minute)

- Greeting: Good morning!

- Who’s absent today?

II Revision: (5m)

Revision.

Sts play a game with numbers

T divides class into two groups Each group has three

sts to play the game

Sts go to the board and write the correct number in the

blank Which group has more correct answers and is

quicker will be winners

( Eg: Multiply 6 by 4 and you get 24

Divide 8 by 2, you get 4

Divide 4 into 20 (20:4)

Two add three make five

7 minus 4 equals 3)

Play a game with numbers

Two + = thirteen

x six = eighteen

Fifteen : three =

eleven + = fourteen

 Mapped dialogue

- Set the scene: This is the dialogue between Miss Hoa

and children

- Put the mapped dialogue chart on the board

- Elicit the exchange from Ss

- Have some pairs practice exchange before going on

to another exchange

- After finishing the dialogue , ask a good pair to

demonstrate the whole dialogue
