A Objective: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to use:

- action verbs to talk about many different hobbies.

- the present simple/ the future simple and verbs of liking + V-ing

to talk about hobbies.

- give opinions about hobbies.

C Procedure:

I Check - up:

- Ask 2 Ss to ask and answer about their hobbies, then report to class.

- T asks for comments.

II New lesson:

1 Vocabulary:

* Activity 1: Lucky Numbers

- Divide the class into two groups - A and B

- Ask each group to take turns choosing a number and tell the

name of the hobby based on the teacher's cues

- The group having more points is the winner!

There are 6 questions and 3 Lucky numbers

Teacher's cues:

1 If you have a lot of bottles, dolls or stamps, your hobby is …………

3 If you spend time watching birds in nature, your hobby is ………

- Give tasks to 4 big groups:

+ group 1: 'Easy hobbies' + group 2: 'Difficult hobbies'

+ group 3: 'Cheap hobbies ' + group 4: 'Expensive hobbies'

- Allow the groups 5 minutes to add as many hobbies to the

table as possible

- Choose the small group with the most hobbies to go to the

board and write down their list
