tục kéo dài ở hiện tại (thường dùng với since/ for)

- He has studied English for 3 years

- Diễn tả một hành động vừa mới xảy ra (thường dùng với

just/ recently)

EX: - He has just gone to bed

- Diễn tả một hành động đến lúc nói vẫn chưa xảy ra hay chưa thực hiện (thường dùng với yet/ never)

- Diễn tả một hành động đã xảy ra trong quá khứ nhưng không đề cập đến thời gian xảy ra (thường dùng với already)
