I OBJECTIVES: After the lesson the students

- Will be able to read the telephone numbers, listen and identify them and ask for other’s telephone numbers

II PREPARATIONS Cassette, flash cards, sub-boards, handouts

III PROCEDURES:

1.Warm up: (5’)Play the game “Slap the board”

Have SS listen to the teacher and slap the number they hear

2 Presentation:(12’)

Show the page of telephone directory and have the SS guess where

it comes form

Show SS the way of reading telephone numbers

* Structure:

Explain how to read the numbers with a focus on combinations
