1 Overview

NUA-500 urine analyzer is manufactured under strict supervision This is a kind of precise analyzer, improper operation or any damaged component may affect the results or make damage to the instrument If an operational or instrument problem occurs, an error number may display on the Analyzer screen This section of the manual lists various errors and messages, along with probable causes and recommended remedies to quickly and easily correct the problem If the problem persists after following the recommended remedy, consult Table 2 for common malfunction and remedy

Caution:

Be sure to turn off the power supply before opening the instrument cover or replacing parts Beware of the high voltage inside

1 Giới thiệu chung

Máy xét nghệm nước tiểu Model: NUA-1500 là máy hoàn toàn tự động và dễ vận hành Tất cả các việc người vận hành phải làm là nạp que đo, đặt bệnh phẩm và nhấn START, tất cả việc còn lại

sẽ do NUA-1500 thực hiện Máy NUA-1500 có thể thực hiện liên tiếp đến 110 bệnh phẩm Bệnh phẩm cấp cứu có thể được đưa vào bất cứ lúc nào như là chạy mẫu bằng tay Trình tự thực hiện của máy là chuyển bệnh phẩm, hút bệnh phẩm, nhả bệnh phẩm trên que đo, rửa kim hút, lấy que đo, nhận diện màu của bệnh phẩm… Hệ thống sử dụng 2 loại que đo là NEOMEDICA 11F và 12F có thể thực hiện đo được đến 14 thông số Tất cả kết quả được in ra bởi máy in gắn sẵn hoặc máy in ngoài

1.1 Đặc tính

1) Có 5 mode chạy test bao gồm: bằng tay, STAT, QC, Calibration, và Online

2) Với các que đo NEOMEDICA 12F và 11F bạn hoàn toàn có thể kết hợp để đạt được toàn bộ

14 thông số

3) Vận hành tự động hoàn toàn: chuyển mẫu, hút mẫu, nhả mẫu, vệ sinh, lấy que đo bơm nước thải, nước cấp…

4) Bộ phận chuyển mẫu: dễ dàng tháo lắp để vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng

5) Cách nạp que đo: Cho toàn bộ hộp vào

6) Cách lấy que: Xoay tròn để nạp que

7) Chuyển que: các que đo được vận chuyển để đo liên tục

8) Nhận diện que đo: kiểu que đo được phận biệt bằng cách nhận diện tại điểm cuối cùng của que đo

9) Nhận diện bệnh phẩm: có lắp đầu đọc mã vạch và có thể nhận diện ID của bệnh phẩm

13) Chức năng khuấy: Chức năng khuấy mẫu

14) Thả mẫu: Thả dạng giọt chính xác tránh tình trạng nhiễm chéo giữa các test với nhau

15) Rửa kim hút: Kim hút được rửa cả 2 mặt bên trong và bên ngoài

16) Lưu dữ liệu: Dung lựng bộ nhớ đến 4GB (khoảng 300.000 kết quả) và có thể lớn hơn theo yêu cầu đặt hàng

17) Xem lại kết quả: Bạn có thể xem lại lịch sử test và các kết quả QC

18) Màn hình LCD cung cấp cho người dùng các thông báo (trạng thái, kết quả) và kết quả có thể được in bằng máy in gắn sẵn hoạc máy in ngoài, Kết quả có chứa cả thông số màu sắc của bệnh phẩm

19) Que thử đã sử dụng: Được chuyển đến hộp đựng que thải một cách tự động
