Ss play a game“ lucky numbers”
- T writes 10 numbers on the board, from 1 to 10
- T tells Ss each number is for a question but 4 of them are lucky numbers If Ss choose a lucky number, they do not need to answer any questions but they get two points and they choose another number
- Class are divided into two teams The teams take turn to choose the numbers
- T tells Ss that they have to make questions about personal information when T gives them a word as a cue

- T prepares a poster with 12 adjectives on it
- T divides class into two teams
- T sticks the poster on the board and asks Ss to try to remember the ADJ on the poster
- T takes away the poster and gets SS from two teams to go to the board and write the ADJ as they can remember
- T tells them the team writing the most right ADJ is the winner
- T sticks the poster again to give feedback

- Ss go to the board and circle “subject” Group write lots of the right words is winner
12 Warm up: jumbled words
- Ss play “ jumbled words”
- T divides the class into small groups
- T gives each group one card containing 6 words whose letters are jumbled
- T has Ss to rearrange the letters to make good words
- The group which finishes the task first with the most correct words will be the winner

up and say the Vietnamese meanings
14 Warm up: find someone who
- Ss play “ find someone who” game
- Prepare a two column table with Yes/ No questions an Name
- Let Ss go around the class and ask other Ss what they do in their free time If the answer is Yes, write his/ her name in the table
- The winner is the first one who completes the name column

17 Sts play revision game.
T writes some words on the board : new, movie, theater, adventure, program, concert
T calls 2 teams of the students to the front of the class.
T calls out one word in Vietnamese, the two students must run forward and slap the word The one who slaps the
correct words first is the winner.
Continue to ask 2 more students to come forward … until all the words are slapped.
Sts play a game.
- T prepares 10 cards with number on one side and the nouns and the verbs on the other.
- T sticks 10 cards on the board so that the students can only see the numbers, make sure the words are mixed up.
- 2 groups choose two numbers, turn the card over If they match (ex: run- runner) that team get one mark, and the next

- T gets Sts to think about the food they like

19 Revision: Mime
- Students in turns, select a piece of paper with a felling written on it
*suggested feeling: cold, hot angry, headache, stomachache.
- Ask a students to mime the feeling in front of the class and ask: “ What’s the matter with me?”
20 Ss play a Bingo game:
- Have Sts write down in their notebook 5 things they can eat
- Prepare a list for food then call out eat words in a loud voice
- Sts listen to teacher carefully If they have the same things , they cross them out The first person crossing out 5 things shouts “ Bingo” and wins the game
21 Sts play a chain game : - Sts work in group of 10
- T asks Sts to go to the front of the class, say out the word until they make a meaningful sentence At the end, ask the whole group to repeat the sentence.

T asks 2 Sts to go the front of class with their back to the board so that they can see what is written on the board.
T writes the information on the board and asks the rest of the class try to help2 the Sts guess what is written on the
board by asking the questions until they say out the words on the board correctly.
