DISASSEMBLY

Disassembly UB7W

1 Place TV face down on cushioned table

Remove screws from the Stand

2 Remove the screws of rear-cover

3 Lift up the rear-cover.

5 Remove the screws of main board , SMPS, Stand

bracket

4 Remove 30pin cable LVDS cable Woofer Disconnect other cables from Main board and SMPS board

6 Remove the speakers 7 Remove the screws on Panel.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Check List for Initial operation

- Power cord in to the set

- Power switch on

- You can sound SMPS relay

* If you can’t sound, check the STB_5V appear

at BD229 in main board

- Back-light on

* If back-light not on, check the main board power line And check the dimming cable

- Picture on or display the banner

* If display is nothing, check the LVDS cable

And LVDS clk/data line

- Check the Side-Lable Ver in set (important)

- Order to the item with Side-Lable Ver.

- If you change the item, see the service-bulletin

for setting the factory option.

- If set is connected internet and software is old version , popup below message

“ version XXXXX is available, upgrade?”

- And select OK, you can update your LCD TV.

firmware upgrade into the

wiselink on the side of the TV.

(USB drive make folder

“T-CHU7DEUC” and this folder

download micom program.)

Then, Press “By USB”

Or When you insert USB into TV,

You can see the pop up window as the
