Đào tạo kỹ năng mềm trong công việc Hỗ trợ học nghề, việc làm và phát triển nghề nghiệp: Hỗ trợ kinh phí học nghề hoặc phát triển kinh tế nhỏ. 1 Position Summary:

Position title: Program Intern- ICP

Reporting line(s) and

networks:

 Primary reporting line will be to: Individual Care Program Team Leader;

 Regular liaison will be required with partnering organizations and Hagar beneficiaries

 Technical Advisory support will be provided by supervisor and professional advisor as necessary

Purpose of position: To support the implementation of Hagar Vietnam’s Social programs This

position will work directly in providing services in case management activity

Major challenges facing

this position:

 Women’s background of trauma and violence may affect participation in the program, other barriers to learning and their career development

 Helping to address issues of stigma and discrimination that arise with women’s background

 Helping to develop a more positive self concept in the women to enable learning to occur and to foster empowerment

 Helping women to feel ownership over the process; engaging the women and helping them to be open to positive change

 Hagar’s social program uses a student-centred training methodology, traditional methods of training will not be used

 As the new organization and new program in Vietnam, Hagar’s methodological approach and working procedure are still in process of development

2 Main Duties:

Direct Case management

 Providing social work support services (case management service) directly to clients, supporting their journey towards successful reintegration These services include but are not limited to:

- Social work assessment

- Basic counselling

- Life planning

- Career assessment and development (cooperating with CDE staff)

- Supporting clients to access social resources

 Work with partnering organizations to resolve any difficult issues that

arise with Hagar clients in order to support clients effectively

 Document and manage case management files

 Develop and implement care plan with clients and conduct regular meeting with clients as necessary

 Supporting case management team leader in setting up, developing and monitoring the case management support package for clients

 Supporting development of client assessment tools/ procedure, ensuring alignment with Hagar’s holistic approach

 Perform any other tasks delegated by the line manager for overall effective program operations

3 Personal Profile Required:

Experience  Experience working with NGOs and vulnerable groups

 Experience working with people from backgrounds of trauma and violence desirable

 Proven experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds (e.g economic, social, cultural)

Education & Training  Background/Education in Social Work, Psychology or related field

 Microsoft Word/Excel/Access

 Great communication and organization skill

 Good time and stress management skill

 Proven ability to be a team player
