Having a part-time job will actually help a student learn many skills that they might not have the opportunity to learn in school University students often say time management is one of the keys to success in university, so why not learn those skills now? Students with part-time jobs will learn the importance of time management and organization by juggling work and school
at the same time
Other than learning skills that people will practice all their lives, having a part-time job also teaches a person how to communicate and interact with others In addition, when a student has a part-time job it instills a work ethic in them Once students start earning their own paychecks they will realize how hard it is to earn money They will also start appreciating the things their parents do for them and understand that money doesn’t grow on trees.Having
a part-time job teaches students sharp skills which they will need all throughout their careers and lives
Regardless of this fact, a majority of the college’s students still do not take a lot of interest in part-time work Therefore, our research, besides intending to show the benefits of part-time work, is also aimed to focus on the reasons why a large number of students are not keen on practical experiences with suggestions with a view to helping them to tackle these problems There
