Parents and teachers alike will find this book to be a valuable learning tool The book is organized into
21 lists, each following a phonetic spelling rule The list words were developed from a collection of age-appropriate, high-priority word lists At the end of each list you will find three words that can be used
as an academic challenge
Throughout the book you will find the following symbols that represent various strategy-based skills:
Visual Discrimination Skills: Use this strategy to highlight visual similarities among words Sound Relationship Skills: Use this strategy to highlight sound patterns among words
