advantages are noticeable with the nearer access to more than 40000 people living no more than 30 kilometers away in Bransdon and

Cransdon, along with a big amount of population in housing and

industry zones Another benefit is that such traffic systems as railway and main roads are accessible

By comparison, though being located quite far from the housing

regions, S1 is promising in the future because of its easier potential expansion The land surrounding this site is mostly unoccupied and quite spacious Besides, it would be a drawback for people to shop in the S2 since the town center does not allow traffic that means no

parking and requires walking

In brief, the authority should take into the consideration of both

advantages and disadvantages of these two sites to determine the best location to meet the demand of people here
