The usage of one(s), someone, no

one, anyone and everybody:

a. One and ones are used to replace a previously mentioned

noun when we do not want to repeat that noun One replaces

b. Someone = somebody: Usually means “an unspecified or

unknown person” It is used in affirmative sentences and it

is used with a singular verb

Ex: Someone called when you were out

c Anyone = anybody It is used with a singular verb in a negative statement or a question.

d No one can be used with a singular affirmative verb to express a negative
