ATTITUDINAL ADJECTIVES (tính từ chỉ thái độ)
Form:
_ing
Ex: bore bored boring
Usage:
- Tính từ dạng V_ing thường mang nghĩa chủ động,
dùng để diễn tả tính chất, bản chất của một ngườ hay một vật
Ex: The film is very interesting.
- Tính từ dạng V_ed thường mang nghĩa bị động và
thường được dùng để diễn tả cảm xúc, tình cảm của một người trước một sự việc bên ngoài
Ex: I’m bored with the work.
Call a student: - When did the cinema really become an indastry?
- It was not until 1915 that the cinema really became
an industry.
Form:
Meaning: mãi cho đến (thời gian nào) thì (chuyện gì đó mới xảy ra)
Example: - I’m a teacher
