(1) Two basic types of wall strips for all projects

• Regular Neoweb sections covered by the earth retention/structure

• Fascia strips which are exposed on the outside wall face

(2) No of Strips – typically comprised of 5 or 7 regular strips plus 1 fascia strip (6 or 8 strips – must be

an even number of strips -see (4) below The no of strips must always be calculated by design engineer

(3) Standard Perforations – holes up to 6-10% of cell wall area of variable dimensions and shapes Fascia strips are

not-perforated; Surface texture – slightly coarse indentations over entire strip area

(4) Fascia Strip – represents 1 strip, typically non-perforated (X) and recommended Sand (beige) or

Green color (S, G)

(5) Rule of thumb for dimensioning 1m2 Fascia sections = 5m2 regular wall sections

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES - STIFFNESS AND STRENGTH

(1) Test sample cut from cell seam to seam measured at strain rate 20%/min, 23°C;

(2) Allowed strength to reach 10% creep strain max for 50 years at 23°C;
