A : I am tall.
B : I am also tall.

So + auxiliary verb + subject
with positive sentences
A: I am not tall
B: I am not tall either
Me neither Neither am I
Neither + auxiliary verb + subject with negative sentences
Look at other examples :
A : I was here yesterday.
