ry hour 00-15 minures and 30-45 minutes.

This kind of information is also provided through VHF radiotelephone

or automated coastal radio telephone as ,,passage Traffic Information',.

Information is available as occasion arises, having priority to Regular Broadcast.

Information is availabie all the time through public telephone or mated coastal radio telephone.

auto-lnformation is available by polling mode.

Information_is provided by the Electric Signal Board (character.1 From The Kanmon Kaikyo Traffic Advisory Service ilenter.

KANMON MARTIS Information is provided for vessels which made their position reporr.

Information is available at the request of a vessel

up from the Center

Under radar surveillance by the center, information on anchorihg vessels

in the sea areas eastward of Muture-sima and of Hesaki, is to be provided

generally for the vessels which previously reported their position to the

Center

For safe navigation in and around Kanmon area, the vessels of 3,000 9r or

more (as for the vessels intending to enter or leave Seitetu Tobata Anchorage

by passing through Tobata Passage : 1,0009r or more) are required to give

the following reports to Kanmon Kaikyo Traffic Advisory Service Center

L2-(g) Position Report

For the purpose of providing proper and effective information and traffic

control, the Center has to identify each vessel with a radar when vessels

concerned are navigating within the radar service area, so Position Report is

required in the following forrned ways

Give a Position Report to the Center when your vessel reaches the First

Position Reporting line in the radar service area (Refer topage26)

As for vessels leaving Iknmon Port, notification may be made when they

leave their berth
