Checking attendance

Review of the previous lesson: Make questions:

1.He often goes to school by bus (Does)

2 She is 50 years old (How old)

3 People have left their home because the rivers have risen (Why)

New lesson: Unit 8 – period 1

Introduction

Warm – up:

- Greeting

- Rasing some questions:

+ How are you today?

+ Do you like living in the city or living in the country?

+ Why do you like that?

- Say: “Well, today we’ll come to Unit 8: Reading to visit the life of the village and discover some interesting things in the country”

Title: The story of my village

Aims: To develop student's skill in their reading

Reading for guessing meaning

Reading about changes in the country life

Time: 25 minutes

Content: Reading the passage

Doing task 1, task 2, task 3

Teaching material: textbook, picture about country life, lesson plan, hangout,

sub-board
