Education should be compulsory?

 Compulsory education is education that is

required by law.

 Compulsory education means the students don’t have to pay tuition fees It is also the children’s right in which the state must have responsibilities for that in order to improve people’s standard

culture, create standard human resources.

Current structure of the National schooling System

 A 12 year system made up of a 5-4-3 structure

 Primary education is compulsory, has a nominal

duration of 5 years ,has an official entry age of 6

 National curriculum is set by the MOET and must be followed all over the

schools English, Maths, Literature are the core subjects

 National examination for GCSE is usually held in June for all students who finish

high school (Upper secondary school)

And then those who pass the GCSE

exam are able to sit for the university or college entrance examination in July

important

 Going to school regularly is important to your

child’s future For example, children who miss

school frequently can fall behind with their work and do less well in exams.

 Good attendance shows potential employers that your child is reliable Research suggests that

children who attend school regularly could also be

at less risk of getting involved in antisocial

behaviour or crime.
