 Thường có các từ sau theo câu: last (week…),

 Form

I With “to be” (với “to be”)

Affirmative:

S + was / were…

(I, he, she, it, danh từ số ít + was)

_ I was at home yesterday.

S + was / were + not…

(was not : wasn’t, were not: weren’t)

_ He wasn’t at school yesterday.

Was / Were + S ….?

_ Were you at the meeting last night?
