- T: show 5 pictures of some kinds of sport
- Ss: give name of kinds of sport in each picture
- They are most of popular sports
- Ss:
→ 1 football
2 swimming
3 high jump
4 long jump
5 gymnastic
- If Ss can’t find the names of these sports in English
Teacher helps them
- Lead in:
- Ask Ss: have you ever watched sports like these on
television?
- Which sports do you like best? Why?
- Call some Ss to answer in front of class
- Teacher corrects these simple mistakes of Ss
