SYSTEM ANALYSIS

Pesonal Assistant is a software assist the users to store and retrieve personal information.The software provides the functionality to store contact details of various people, meetings andappointment In addition, the software displays reminder to alert the user for meetings and appointments.

INTERFACE DESIGN FOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT

When the application is excuted, a menu with the following option is display:

- Contact Details

- Appoinment and Meeting

- Exit

When you choose Contacts Details, a submenu with the following option is displayed:

- Add New Record

The Add New Record option will enable the user to add user’s information such as: full name, address, phone number, email

The phone number must be in format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

The email must be in format xxxxxxx@abc.com

Details of users will be added to file

The Delete Record option will enable the user to delete all details about a user

In the Edit Record option , user can edit details about user A sub menu with following option will be displayed:

When the user chooses Edit Name, all records will be displayed The user can choose ID of record they want to edit name

When the user chooses Edit Address, all records will be displayed The user can choose ID of record they want to edit address

The Edit Record Option will enable the user to edit all details about record The user can choose ID of record they want to edit.

In the Search Record option, the user can search by the keyword The software will find the keyword in all details of records and display it in the screen.

Similarly, the Meetings/Appoinments option enables the user to add, delete, edit, search, alert reminder meetings/appointment details The meeting/appointment details include information such as date of meeting/appointment, time and location.

If the user choose 1, the software will enable the user to add all details of a new

meeting/appointment Details consist of date, time, content of a meeting, component involved, location

In Edit Record option, a submenu will be displayed with following options:

You can choose an option to edit a component of meeting/appointment’s details Such as:

Edit Time of meeting/appointment

Edit Locate of the meeting/appointment.

Edit Component that will involved meeting.

Edit Title of the meeting/appointment

Edit all details about a meeting/appointment.
