a Custom Show: To create a hyperlink to a slide the current presentation or to a slide in a custom show.

 Select the text, graphic, or other object you want to use as the

hyperlink.

 Click Insert menu Hyperlink.

 Select Place in This DocumentClick the slide or the custom show

you want to link toClick Ok.

Use a Secondary Monitor:

After connecting the second monitor, open the Control Panel

Double click the Display iconClick the Setting tabSelect a monitor and designate it as the main monitorby clicking use this device as the primary monitor.

Click the icon for the secondary monitor and click Extend my Windows desktop onto this computerClick Ok.

In Powerpoint, rerun the setup for the presentation by clicking Slide Show on the menu bar and clicking Set Up Show.

Click the arrow on the Display slide show list, and select the monitor you want presentation displayed on.

Click the Show Presenter View option and click Ok.
