in Sports Psychology

Uyên:My name Sean Wilder, I’m 52 years

old I’m from American and married to

Brazilian, four children I study B.Sc physics, Yale Univercity; MA Sports management, Univercity of Southern califonia

Huy: My name Paulo Goncalves I’m 36

years old I’m from Brazil and i’m single I left school at 16 I have experience three years’s training at RADA ( royal academy of Dramatic Arts ), London

langues: fluent English, Portuguese, and

i have extensive knowledge of martial arts I also fluent 3 language such as: Portuguese, Spanish and Japanese

Ánh: Can you tell us about your personality

and your previous career or experiences?

Yến: I’m warm, friendly, dynamic I have

several years as professional dancer in

theaters and on television Joined a small fitness center as instructor

Trang: I’m a person ambitious, assertive,

outspoken I think this is good personality help me to improve the job in the future

more success Uyên: I’m very good-looking,

relaxed, self-confident Dressed very

casually for the interview

Huy: I looked very fit and muscular I always

dress formally in an Armani suit I have

strong personality such as: confident,

articulate Regarding experience, i did 2 trip around the world when i’m 20 I taught

English in Japan for 2 years I have spend the last 2 years in Florida, U.S, and worked

as a gym instructor

Thủy: Arcording to you, what skills do you

think are important to become a General Director?

Yến: I believe that to become a General

Director, in addition to basic business skills,

I also need skills such as leadership,

effective time management, financial

restructuring and strategy Besides, I have communication and persuasion skills for

customers, partners and employees

Trang: I think that to be a good leader, time

management and personal connection skills are essential because only when we

communicate effectively with our employees will they be able to can cooperate with each other and develop together
