The academic director, Ms Hong Hanh, is in charge of the academic

department's operations We have 20 teaching assistants, 40 Vietnamese instructors,

and 25 foreign teachers who make up the entire academic personnel

Controlling class activities in general is the academic department's primary

responsibility Our goal in this department is to instruct, schedule classes, and

communicate with parents and students about pertinent course-related topics

To succeed in the role of a teaching assistant, one must first have high English

skills (preferably IELTS 6.0), as well as good manners, a professional appearance,

and solid communication skills, love for our students The second is academic

prowess, we must comprehend and effectively put into practice the plans, programs,

contents, and goals of the given topics in the training major, student psychology

A teaching assistant's final duties and responsibilities are to support the

2.1 Job description

My role is teaching assistant Although they do not play a major role inteaching activities like teachers, teaching assistants play an important role inassisting in the teaching process

Classroom management is a teaching assistant's first and foremostresponsibility I need to take attendance, monitor student attendance, and returnassignments I must have a list of classes, how many students attend, how manystudents are absent, and each student's learning and homework status for each day

In addition, teaching assistants need to write class reports so that the center canfollow them closely

The second task is to prepare learning materials and equipment Before eachlesson, the teacher will send the lesson plan as well as the document that needs to becopied to the teaching assistant to serve the learning as well as contribute moreideas to the lesson Teaching assistants and teachers at the company exchange workwith each other through means of communication or face-to-face meetings

Another important aspect of my work includes students in the classroom toensure the completion of assignments and to keep everyone on track with the rest ofthe class Some of your time may be spent supporting students who need extraattention, such as those who are learning English as a second language, or studentswho need remedial education Teaching assistants need to correct assignments andsolve problems that students face

Being a teaching assistant demands me to have the knowledge, patience, andability to control emotions and be always cheerful and friendly with students as well

as colleagues and people around

The position of teaching assistant requires me to have the knowledge,patience, and ability to control emotions and be always cheerful and friendly withstudents as well as colleagues and people around I love this job, it teaches mepatience, how to organize, and manage time properly, and how to impart knowledge

to people around me in the most effective way.

I had a 4 week's internship at American Study Education Joint StockCompany Working time of the company: morning from 8 am to 12 pm, afternoonfrom 1:30 pm to 9 pm My work schedule is arranged by my superiors Monday,January 2nd, 2023, is my first working day I had the opportunity to meet mymanager, Ms Dong Phuong I and other interns were first arranged and assignedtasks on the first day of work, then visiting around the company and socializingwith everybody in the company Finally, we returned to the department to work

In the first three weeks of my internship, despite my best efforts to attain thehighest level of success, I still encountered many difficulties since I lacked thenecessary practical knowledge and expertise

+The actual work environment is so different from the one I learned in school

so I was nervous In addition, the position I took on demanded a lot of soft skills.But this is a problem that can easily be improved I improve my knowledge andskills day by day I quickly overcome the first challenge in this manner

+ I have a lot of pressure on the job When studying in the past, I just had tofocus on studying but now it takes a lot of time: studying, practicing, graduationthesis However, work must have pressure I now know how to effectively manage
