university instructors had taught me while I was an intern at Vietstar Group I made objectives for myself to work toward during my internship I want to start off by
acting like a true office employee for the business and taking responsibility for all of

I'm employed at the Vietstar Group Company in the human resourcesdepartment's recruitment division Writing job content, posting jobs on social mediaand job search websites, developing job images, and identifying candidates are thejobs I've held at the company Additionally, I look over the applicant's resume, afterwhich I text, converse with, and take a call to address any concerns the applicant mayhave, before inviting the applicant to an interview I occasionally even land a job as afront desk assistant Last but not least, I have to meet with my supervisor every week
to discuss my schedule for the coming week, go over what I've accomplished, andsign up for it
Design of the recruitment image:
I'll then look at the requirements and start designing recruitment images based onthose requirements I also had to filter out the necessary, important information todesign the image so that it would be noticeable to the candidate And set therequirements, criteria, and benefits that candidates receive when working at thecompany

When looking for candidates I need to understand what the content of this job position
is so that I can prepare the most detailed and attractive job description to attract thecandidate's attention in the job postings I have posted to see if anyone needs to find ajob or who needs to find a job will leave comments like periods or text me or contact
me or I've emailed you or you're still hiring In addition, I also go to job search sites tosee who needs a job, I will actively message them if they want to find out the job I amhiring or not and will give the advantages of working with the company so thatcandidates are interested
Applicant screening:
Once I've identified candidates looking for work, I'll move on to screening them andpresenting them with the requirements to see if they meet them Depending on thepositions open, the requirements may also be more or less specific and have differentqualities to prevent wasting time on documents that do not adhere to the fundamentalstandards These include resumes that fail to include the title of the position,application emails sent in an unprofessional manner, CV layouts that are quitecaptivating, simple grammatical errors, and more I will read each candidate's CV andanalyze it, paying particular attention to the section on work experience, to make sure

Speak with candidates by phone:
I must decide whether a candidate satisfies the requirements in terms of abilities,knowledge, and experience when I speak with applicants And pick the appropriatewindow of time to call the candidate In order to avoid confusion, I also need to findout if applicants are also applying for other roles at the same time If the companyrequests it, I will send a link to the test for that position if a potential candidate isrecruit After verifying the candidate's search after the call, I will also send them acompany map through email before the call ends
Answer candidates' questions:
It is essential that I address the candidate's inquiries about employment, workinghours, and firm address when I call potential applicants Candidates occasionallydecline jobs because of the working hours, which can be too early or late, or because
of the pay and benefits, they would receive if hired by the company Candidatesfrequently want a job change that is close to their homes while calling and exchangingnumbers In order to appropriately respond to the candidate's questions, I must alsodecide for myself what information is accurate to be able to answer the candidate'squestions in the best way
Notice to candidates participating in the interview:

- If a candidate cancels, I will actively follow up with them to find out why, and if the

Notification of interview results to candidates:
When the interview results are available, I will check the correct information andcontact the candidate to inform them:
- Passed interview results: Contact to report the time, place to receive the job and thenotes when accepting the job such as manners, documents to be prepared, emailresponse to an Invitation letter from the partner company If the candidate feedbackneeds to change the time of receiving the job, need to ask the exact time and contactthe partner

- If the candidate changes his plan and does not accept the job, I will find out thereason and inform the partner if the candidate has not informed me, if he finds theattitude is good and has an acceptable reason, I can flexible advise more jobs or sharewith candidates
+ During the first period of employment:
- I actively maintain interaction by texting, calling, etc to inquire about the candidate'sjob status
- Maintain this job from 5-7 days without a break to be able to monitor the candidate'sattitude and status, as well as learn more about working conditions and environment tofurther support the recruitment process use
Follow candidates who resign:

3.3 The knowledge and experience
I got the chance to widen my network of contacts after finishing my internship
I used to only hang out at school, hang out with a select group of close pals, and thatwas it However, after completing a seven-week internship, I now have more friends,coworkers, and even older siblings These connections are crucial because they give
me the chance to study and advance my career in the future I also gained knowledge
on taking initiative in life People at work don't care about the process I do since theyonly require the results, not the method Additionally, since everyone has a job tocomplete, if I don't actively learn anything new or solicit everyone's assistance and

In order to show my bosses that I am a serious, responsible employee who canmanage all duties successfully, including that outside of my profession, I also trainmyself to be a responsible person in all jobs I also gained knowledge about attitude atwork during my internship because, in my opinion, attitude and responsibility are themost important elements for future development Because it will be challenging tomove farther in the future, regardless of how excellent your professional skills are ifyou are not dedicated to your job or your working attitude is not serious But thanks tothese things, I quickly integrate and develop the skills that I have acquired
When I go to practice I will have to work in a team environment, so I need to

me more creatively inspired, and more motivated to do my best work Moreover, thehappy working atmosphere also creates a sense of cohesion between employees andbusinesses, positively impacting my health and work ethic
Regarding the relationship with superiors, I feel very happy because Ms Men,the head of the recruitment department, Mr Bao Supervisor, and colleagues are verycheerful and friendly They are always ready to help me if I have problems duringwork In the process of working, there is a break time when Ms Men gives snacks,listens to chill music to relax while working, and just works Just had a good timesnacking with some very happy colleagues and everyone is friendly Every morningbefore working time, Ms Men always plays music to create a happy and comfortableatmosphere And Mr Bao supervisor always helps me when I have difficulty inrecruiting and also gives me very enthusiastic guidance to motivate me to try harder atwork

During my internship at Vietstar's recruitment department, I have the followingrecommendations:

- In the office, I think there should be a lot of greenery to help reduce stress andincrease work efficiency
- Build more rooms for eating, snacks, resting places
- If possible, I think designing an office arrangement to have a beautiful andcomfortable space that is easy to go to can motivate people to go to work every dayand can make an impression on people who come to job interviews
6.2 Recommendations to the University
For Hoa Sen University, I have the following recommendations to improve for futureinternships:

- Reduce theoretical lessons with practical lessons, in basic subjects later applied
in practice, it is recommended to increase the units of study so that students canabsorb the problems in professional work
- Organizing many meetings and exchanges with experts and teachers of alldisciplines as well as organizing presentations, cultural and artistic competitions tocreate opportunities for all students to participate in improving their ability to present
in front of the crowd, ability to communicate social work
- Reduce theoretical lessons with practical lessons, in basic subjects later applied
in practice, it is recommended to increase the study units so that students can absorbthe basic problems in professional work
6.3 Recommendation to the intern
To help pupils be better prepared for going to internships the further, I have thefollowing suggestions:
- Giving students regular opportunities for hands-on learning during their studieswill help them to gain the necessary skills for their official internship
- Arrange for students to meet with firms so that they can share information orget a chance to intern there
- Strengthen and practice soft skills like teamwork and communication
- Consolidate the professional knowledge acquired to improve performance atbusinesses

After seven weeks of internship at Vietstar Group Joint Stock Company,although it is not a long time for me to have a more specific idea of the organizationalstructure, functions and tasks at the company During the internship, I had theopportunity to learn and interact with the brothers and sisters at the company thathelped me learn a lot For the position of a recruiting intern, it has helped me withmany important skills, including the following:
