3.1 Introduction of internship at Viet A Chau Investment and Development Joint Stock Company
During the cognitive internship at Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, asthe Secretary of the Accounting Department, I have participated in supporting work related

3.2 Tasks assigned during internship
3.2.1 Get list and customer consultation:
At the beginning of working hours, I will receive a list from the manager This listincludes information about customers' names, phone numbers, addresses and alsocustomers who have cooperated with the company The manager will email this list or print
it out and send it to me directly
After receiving the list, I immediately read through the customer's information andthen made calls
Main content of the call: start with a simple greeting, then introduce yourself toVAC Company and then move on to the main content: Asking if previous orders are ok?Are customers satisfied with the staff's service? Currently, customers still want to importany more products of the Company?
During the conversation, the customer's response is usually happy, comfortable toaccept the call, and at the same time, thank you for supporting the Company However,there are also some cases when the call comes in when the customer is busy and can'tanswer the phone, or when the customer is in a bad mood, the customer will beuncomfortable and suggest to end the call first Most calls to customers, even though theyare not ready to accept, still politely decline, not causing trouble for me Normally, on anaverage day, I make about 20 calls, each call usually lasts from 5-20 minutes depending onthe content of the call In case the customer can't contact or the phone is busy, make up to 3calls in a day, each call is at least 2 hours apart
