Trang 6CHAPTER 2: WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE (WBS):
As Rodney Turner (1993), “The work of a project is divided and sub dividedfor management and control purposes”
About the characteristic of a work break down structure:
The Undertaking the Executives Establishment (PMI) characterizes WBS as
"a deliverable-situated various leveled decay of the work to be executed by theventure group to achieve the task targets and make the expected expectations."Every WBS level addresses a new and progressively itemized meaning ofwork expected to finish the undertaking
PMI's definition adds that a WBS structure should be developed such thateach new level in the pecking order incorporates everything expected to finish itsparent task This implies that each parent task component should have more thanone youngster task inside it to consider the parent task component complete
Collecting the knowledge about the characteristic and the factors we need tobuild up a WBS for group project Below is the WBS for H2 Computer storeproject, things we need before get it run
Figure of WBS for H2 Computer service.
As you can see overall WBS of our group looks simple with just 6 main
Trang 7factors needed: capital, civid, design, tools for the computer service and customercare I will explain more clearly each factor has the important role and gather all tomake the project become successfully.
Capital: Before implementing a specific project, it is necessary to have surethat you have a well-off budget, you don’t want to be passive while there some partdelayed just because you out of budget

CHAPTER 4: SCHEDULE PLANNING 4.1 Gantt chart:
Introduction to Gantt chart (theory)
What is gantt chart?
A Gantt diagram is a generally utilized graphical portrayal of a task plan It's
a kind of bar outline showing the beginning and finish dates of a task's componentslike assets, arranging and conditions
Understanding gantt chart
The Gantt graph is the most generally involved diagram in project theexecutives These graphs are helpful in arranging an undertaking and characterizingthe grouping of errands that require fulfillment In many occurrences, the diagram isshown as a flat bar graph
Level bars of various lengths address the venture course of events, which canincorporate assignment groupings, term, and the beginning and end dates for eacherrand The flat bar likewise shows the amount of an errand requires fulfillment
A Gantt diagram helps in planning, making due, and observing expliciterrands and assets in an undertaking The graph shows the task course of events, which incorporates planned and finished work over a period The Gantt graph helpsproject directors in imparting project status or plans and furthermore guarantees theundertaking stays on target
Estimate time for every task
Trang 10Introduction to Network diagram (theory)
An organization chart is a graphical portrayal of a task and is made out of aprogression of associated bolts and boxes to depict the connection between theexercises engaged with the undertaking Boxes or hubs address the action depiction, and bolts show the relationship among the exercises

Trang 12CHAPTER 5 COST PLANNING 5.1 Resource allocation
“Human resource planning is the process of systematically reviewing humanresource requirements to ensure that the organization has the right number of peoplewith the right skills for the right needs.” by scientists R.Wayne Mondy and Robert
M Noe “Human resource planning is a management process that includes theanalysis of the personnel needs of an organization under changing conditions andthe implementation of policies and measures to satisfy those needs…” in thereference document “Human Resource Management”– TS Nguyễn Thanh Hội,1999
So, based on the above definitions, we understand "what is human resourceplanning?" Human resource planning is the process of researching, determininghuman resource needs, making policies and implementing programs and activitiesrelated to human resources, to ensure that the enterprise always has enough humanresources with the right qualities and skills to carry out the work with highproductivity, quality and efficiency, achieving the common goals set out by theenterprise
In the project "Computer store (Hiring) " Đinh Sỹ Hung (Project Manager),Bùi Thức Long, Triệu Hồng Chính, Pham Anh Khoa will also participate in theproject implementation In addition, there is the participation of external supportpeople such as support 1(SP1), Support 2(SP2), Expert Law(Expert L) and ExpertTechnology (Expert T) who will help further with legal and technicians join hands
to make the project a great success

No matter how carefully a project is planned, there are always potential risksfor the project Therefore, for the "Company Store (Hiring)" project, the group plans
to forecast about 50,000,000 for risky situations such as fire and explosion, loss ofgoods, damage to machinery,
CHAPTER 6: PROJECT CONTROL 6.1 Introduction to project control
Project controls are the processes of monitoring and managing time and cost
on a construction project The function covers all stages of a project from beginning
to end
Trang 15Strong management of project controls helps you assess whether budgets andtimeframes are achievable Establishing these processes early, will allow you to setrealistic targets for your project.
As a project continues, data and analytics can tell you whether you are ontrack They can warn you if you begin to steer from the plotted course This willmean you’re able to put plans in place to mitigate delays and overspends
6.2 What will be controlled?
It might, at first glance, appear that the two functions cover the same orsimilar responsibilities However, there are some key differences between projectmanagement and project controls management
Project management covers a much wider scope A project manager takesresponsibility for every aspect of the project This includes people management andresources, quality, safety and a host of other processes
Project controls management on the other hand focusses on two key areas:time and cost The key purpose is to keep the project on track to complete within theoriginal budget and timescale If this is not attainable, then mitigation will keep thetime and cost overruns down
Time control:
Tools for time control is Task manager or project manager
I will reserve time slots to work on selected (important) tasks, schedulemeetings, and write down everything else I have to do Keep an overview of all thetasks I need done , set the priority and then monitor the progress Consider thedifference between urgent and important tasks Urgent tasks are those that requireyour immediate attention
On the other hand, important missions are those that contribute to the term mission, values, and goals
long-Cost control:
Cost control tool
Cost Estimate: This tool is used during the startup phase During this phase, the user is responsible for assessing the financial viability of a particular project.Budget: This tool is used during the planning phase In this phase, users plan
Trang 16the work by looking at overall cost estimates and converting similar amounts intobudgets.
Expense Monitoring: This is used in the implementation phase During thisphase, users track their expenses to check that there isn't any kind of excess orunnecessary spending so they can keep expenses within their budget
.Financial Review: This is used in the closing period During this phase, users assess whether a particular project is achieving its predefined financial goals
I will take full cost control steps as it is very helpful for the store ineliminating unnecessary expenses related to a particular project With this, the storecan effectively eliminate cost waste It helps users assess the financial viability of aparticular project It helps the user to find out the cost estimate and accordinglydesign the budget for a particular project Users can use the cost control mechanism
to regulate and monitor the costs incurred in a project from time to time
Risk control:
Introduction to risk of project
Life is uncertain, and projects are unique, complex in nature, based onassumptions and done by people Projects are therefore subject to a plethora ofuncertainties, i.e risks and opportunities that can affect the project and businessobjectives
Although the activity is normally referred to as project risk management, itcovers both risk and opportunity management Potential positive and negativeoutcomes deserve equal attention Therefore, the objectives of project riskmanagement are to increase the probability and/or impact of opportunities and todecrease the probability and/or impact of risks, to improve the likelihood of projectsuccess Risks and opportunities represent two sides of the same coin, but with avery different impact The definitions of risks and opportunities should emphasisethe differences and similarities, as follows:
Risks are defined as uncertain future events or conditions that, if it occurs,
could negatively influence the achievement of business, or project, objectives
Opportunities are defined as uncertain future events or conditions that, if it
occurs, could positively influence the achievement of business, or project,
