as passion business enthusiast In particular, with an affordable repair price withgood service and quality, it will be very attractive to customers in a time when thereare too many places labeled as cheap computer repair, but customers always bearexorbitant costs

Computer and laptop repair is not a new career, but it will always have aplace in the contemporary technological world Damage to computers isunavoidable because they are common instruments for learning and working.People will pick repair over replacement because it is more visible and cost-effective Soon realizing the need of this market, our team established a web site oncomputer repair After a long period of active operation, with a large number ofcustomers (mostly office workers, students, students) we have come to the decision

to establish a computer repair shop and provide flexible support Laptops and PCs.Planning a project is incredibly significant and crucial since it allows us tosee the plan as a whole and prevent unnecessary risks Furthermore, it will assist us

CHAPTER 2: WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE (WBS):

Capital: Before implementing a specific project, it is necessary to have surethat you have a well-off budget, you don’t want to be passive while there some partdelayed just because you out of budget

Civid: After successfully raising capital, the next thing for us to lay thefoundation for the H2 computer project is to handle legal activities such as tax coderegistration, business household registration, Comply with the legal regulations ofthe government for smooth business operations

Design shop: our group decide to hire Aeros company that expert in build up

a shop with the theme follow customer demand

Tools: To be able to serve and care for customers in the most thoughtful way,

to provide customers with the best services, the must-have indispensable tools are:screwdrivers, set screws, monitors, keyboard, mouse, some of the parts that make

Suppliers: In addition to providing computer repair services, H2 computeralso provides customers with cheap counterfeit computer products that are suitablefor those with limited budget, and to ensure that they are always available products

to install for customers, H2 Computer always has a variety of suppliers to be ready

to bring the best services to customers

Business premise: After securing the capital, legal activities, decorationunits, necessary tools for repair activities and suppliers, the last step to geteverything done is to find a space for H2 computer official store

6.2 What will be controlled?

Project management covers a much wider scope A project manager takesresponsibility for every aspect of the project This includes people management andresources, quality, safety and a host of other processes

Project controls management on the other hand focusses on two key areas:time and cost The key purpose is to keep the project on track to complete within theoriginal budget and timescale If this is not attainable, then mitigation will keep thetime and cost overruns down

I will take full cost control steps as it is very helpful for the store ineliminating unnecessary expenses related to a particular project With this, the storecan effectively eliminate cost waste It helps users assess the financial viability of aparticular project It helps the user to find out the cost estimate and accordinglydesign the budget for a particular project Users can use the cost control mechanism

Risks are defined as uncertain future events or conditions that, if it occurs,

could negatively influence the achievement of business, or project, objectives
