Four years ago, I would have never thought that my current career prospects would look the way they do now Four years ago, I would have never thought that my professional network would be this wide or that my opportunities would be this plentiful As a first- generation student coming into Stevens, I didn’t even know what opportunities or possibilities could be available to me Now, I truly realize and appreciate the value of an education, more specifically the value of a Stevens education Stevens provided me with more than technical learning and research opportunities It provided me with a strong network, a lively community, and a supportive environment for personal growth I am proud
to be a Stevens graduate, and even as I go forth in my career - first as a PhD candidate at the University of Oxford and then as a tech entrepreneur - I will always thank Stevens for
setting me up for success.
