APPLICATION PROCESS FOR STUDENTS WITH

DISABILITIES

All currently enrolled students with a disability are eligible for

services

To get started, simply follow our 3-step process!

• Visit MySSD to complete the application If you need help,

check out the informational guide.

• Upload your documents according to our documentation

guidelines.

• We'll reach out for a meeting!

**Students should apply the semester before their intended

entry term (If you plan to attend in the Fall, start the SSD

intake process in the Summer.)
