Responsible for representing Dynamic at the highest level for program compliance with our internal and external stakeholders, including customers, auditors, regulatory bodies,
government agencies and third party organizations
Oversee and manage Dynamic’s Recycling and Materials Recovery Division customer and legislative compliance including certification management and adherence through our contracts, Extended Producer Responsibility laws and programs, subcontractors, and downstream vendors
Strategic development of new services and programming for our customer base in
alignment with Extended Producer Responsibility laws, e-Stewards and R2 certification standards, and OEM/Manufacturer needs and requirements

Provide high-level risk management and risk mitigation oversight for the Recycling and Materials Recovery Division
