Room Setup
The Room Setup screen allows you to choose who will be able to lead the presentation Choose either Teacher Lead, Student Lead or Group Collaboration After you choose who will lead the presentation, you will arrive at the source display screen The sources will be different Teacher Lead, Student Lead and Group Collaboration

Student Lead Presentation:
In this mode, sources
selected will be displayed on
all room projectors displays
at the student tables
Teacher Lead Presentation:
In this mode only the
teacher’s sources will
present from all projectors
NO STUDENT INPUTS WILL
BE ACTIVATED NOR
DISPLAYED
Group Collaboration:
In this mode, students choose a source from their group to be displayed on the display at their table
Simultaneously, the teacher can choose a source to display from the room projectors
Room Setup button will bring you back to this screen

Selecting a source
From here you can select a source to turn the AV System on
Different source options for presentation leads:
TEACHER LEAD STUDENT LEAD GROUP COLLABORATION
Although the source options are different, the selection process remains the same:
Source Options
When you select a source, you will be prompted with an instruction/status screen:
Laptop – Make sure to have an HDMI or VGA plugged in to your laptop
Select Laptop button and plug into your laptop’s HDMI or VGA
Select Laptop, Lectern PC, Doc Cam Overhead, Student Table 1, Student Table 2,3,4…etc
(Some rooms have up to 11 tables) to display for your presentation

To use the HDMI output from your laptop, plug in the HDMI cable
Your laptop may require you to route the audio to the
HDMI output of your laptop in order to hear the audio over the room speakers
To use the VGA output from your laptop, plug in the VGA cable
Plug in the 3.5mm audio plug to your laptop to use audio
over the room speakers
To use the built-in PC select the Lectern PC button
To use the Desktop Document Camera:
This screen will appear when HDMI is active
This screen will appear when VGA is active
Select Lectern PC button
Select Desk Doc Cam button

Student Table Input/Display Options
Students can choose which laptop input they want to present on their table’s display
GREEN LIGHT
INDICATES LAPTOP IS
CONNECTED
DEVICE 1-4: choose which laptop to present on your table’s display
GREY BACKGROUND
INDICATES WHICH
LAPTOP IS DISPLAYING
POWER DISPLAY OFF: will shut down display
so no laptop input will
be visible

Touch Panel Basics
These buttons will appear on every page and will perform the same functions from any screen:
HOME: brings you back to the source selection screen
POWER ON/OFF:
powers system on or off
LIGHTING / SHADE CONTROL: dimming control, power and up and down for lights
or room shades where available
VOLUME CONTROL: raise, lower or mute microphone input volume or source output volume
OPTIONS: allows you
to reroute audio and blank projectors HELP: provides
answers to potential questions and contact information through prelisted directory
Slider controls will appear when you press either VOLUME CONTROL arrow Use the slider to raise or lower volume of the microphone input or the source output Press the mute button to mute the microphone or the source.

OPTIONS – This screen allows you to blank your projectors so no image will
display You can also choose which audio source will play out of the speakers
HELP – This screen provides a Request Immediate Assistance button and displays a number to call for help
LIGHTING/SHADE CONTROL – This screen provides controls for lighting and the shades in the room
This screen will appear when you
press HELP Click on REQUEST
IMMEDIATE ATTENTION or call
the phone number provided.
This screen will display after pressing REQUEST IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE Select the problem you are having.
This screen will appear after you select your issue from the previous list This confirms your request was submitted.
ALL ON: turns all of
the room lights on
Downlights, Wall
Wash select specific
lights and Button 5
and 6 are for rooms
with more lights or
future additions
ALL UP: raise shades
ALL STOP: stops the shades from raising or lowering to your desired position
BLANK PROJECTOR: turns screen blank so no image will display
AUDIO RE-ROUTE: select source output for audio to play through speakers
