 Attention 10th and 11th graders NHS applications have been mailed out to all students with a 3.75

or higher cumulative GPA If you did not receive an application and think you are eligible please stop by the counseling loft immediately and see Mr Lappin

 Next year’s JUNIOR parking applications will be available in the Bookstore beginning Thursday, February 1, 2018 through Wednesday, February 28, 2018 All fines and fees must be paid before you will be given an application – be sure to bring your student ID with you to the Bookstore The

$85 parking fee is due IF you are assigned parking before the start of the 2018-19 school year

 Any student who is NOT currently enrolled in choir, but would like to sing next fall, needs to see Mr Owen for placement Stop by room 1219 (choir room) and find a time to audition

 Student Activities is looking for help with planning for the Senior Recognition Assembly If any SENIORS are interested, see Dr Diggs in Student Activities Planning meeting will be February 9th, during MOD 1 in Student Activities

 STUCO will be hosting a Glow Dance on Saturday, March 10th Tickets go on sale February 12th and are only $5 each Buy them early before the price goes up!

 Attention ALL students the Parkway Alumni Association is sponsoring 3 wonderful grant

opportunities and applications are now being accepted! Granting Dreams, the Thomas Phelps Entrepreneurial Award and the John L Baker Music Scholars Award All applications can be found

at www.parkwayalumni.org and are due by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, February 14th

 The Annual Parkway South Special Olympics Basketball Tournament is being held this year

on Friday, February 23rd If you are interested in being a buddy for the day, applications are now available in the Bookstore! See Mrs Hubbard if you have any questions

ATHLETIC NEWS

 For any boy interested in playing volleyball this spring, we will have our last open gym before try-outs Monday, February 12th from 4 - 5:30 pm in gym A See Coach Noyes for information

 Any student interested in playing water polo needs to attend an information meeting on Tuesday, February 13th, right after school Please see Mr Nichols in 2309 if you cannot attend

 There will be a mandatory baseball meeting for any student that would like to try out for the Parkway South spring baseball team The meeting will be Wednesday, February 14th, @ 2:45 in the weight room

 All students interested in Cheerleading for the 18-19 school year should attend the mandatory tryout meeting on Feb 28th at 7pm in the theater! Questions? Ask Coach Cunningham in the counseling loft

 The Weight Room is open and available for student use from 2:40-3:45 In order to use the Weight Room, students must arrive on time, be dressed out as they would for a PE class, and attend a brief orientation
