I am a Professor and Associate Dean for Research and Scholarly Innovation in the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing at Loyola University Chicago I have been an active member of MNRS for over 14 years and am currently serving on the Program Planning Committee for the Annual MNRS conference In addition, I was the chair of the former Stress and Coping Research Interest Group (RIG) I am committed to advancing nursing science, transforming practice, and mentoring junior scholars I would be honored to serve as a Board Member-At-Large
