frame, however, reduces thier ability to build muscle
Small: As small creatures twilight gnomes get a +1 size bonus to Armor Class and attack rolls, a -1
penalty to their Combat Maneuver Bonus and Combat Maneuver Defense, and a +4 bonus on Stealth
checks
Slow Speed: Twilight gnomes have a base speed of 20 feet.
Low-Light Vision: A twilight gnome can see twice as well as a human in conditions of low-light.
Defensive Training: Twilight gnomes get a +4 dodge bonus to AC against monsters of the giant type.
Hatred: Twilight gnomes receive a +1 bonus on attack rolls against humanoid creatures of the reptilian
and goblinoid subtypes due to special training against these hated foes
