TAKE NOTICE that the Department of Human Services, Division of Medical
Assistance and Health Services (DMAHS) previously announced that the June 13,
2011 public meeting of the Medical Assistance Advisory Council would be held from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, in Rooms 200 A, B and C, Building 7, Quakerbridge Plaza Drive (entrance at Building 6, Quakerbridge Plaza Drive), Quakerbridge Road, Trenton, NJ 08625
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the times of the meeting have been extended and
the location has been changed to a larger venue to accommodate the anticipated number of attendees.
The meeting will be held from 10:00 A.M – 2:00 P.M in the Auditorium of the New Jersey State Police Forensic Science Technology Center, 1200 Negron Drive Hamilton, NJ 08691 Please note that one form of photo identification is required to enter the Center Directions to the New Jersey Forensic Science Technology Center are attached The agenda for the meeting is also attached Formal action may be taken at this meeting.

Take Exit 5A (Rt 130 South) to the Horizon Blvd exit
on the right at first traffic light
Turn right on Horizon Blvd and proceed to stop sign The Technology Center will be in front of you
Make a left turn and the first right turn in front of the complex, which will be on your right on Negron Drive
For the main entrance (center of the bldg) make a right again into the visitor parking area
For Auditorium parking, once you have made the right turn onto Negron Drive, proceed straight to the north side of the Center, passing the Center and making a right between the Center and the NJSP Communications Center, entering the Auditorium parking area
