Cleveland State University (CSU) has an outstanding Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with
a focus on population health that is geared to meet the needs and skill set necessary for a strong
nurse preparation program for the role of future Nursing faculty Cleveland State University is
requesting $90,000.00 for this funding cycle With regard to funding preference priority, CSU offers a PhD in Urban Education with a specialization in Nursing Education
With NFLP funding:
This project will support and prepare at least 10 MSN nurse educators and two PhD prepared nurse educators during the course of the funding cycle to meet the workforce capacity needs for nurse educators
The program of study is delivered in an online format for the MSN program and a combination online and face-to-face format for the PhD program of study
