Aim of the Workshop
In the current academic environment in leading institutes and Universities, 70% faculty has less than 5 years of experience, having lack of experience and knowledge viz how to make the class room teaching an interactive among students
Few objectives are as:

• How to relate course objective with session objectives
• Preparation of course lecture plan
• Black board/Projector class room teaching
• How to influence students as a speaker and seniors as a good listener
• Communication skills

• Students learning styles: Perception; Visual;
verbal; active ;global; sequencing
• Blooms Taxonomy-Cognitive
• Advantages of MCQ and Essay type questions
• Types of Collaborative activities in class room
• Writing and preparation of course lectures/course file
• Effective Practical lab/ Tutorial classes and assignments as per outcome based teaching
• Writing of Research Proposals to external funding agencies
• Writing Research papers
• Conduction of research projects to UG, PG & Phd students
• Examination system (standard open book and closed book question papers)
• Relative grading and good evaluation process
• Effective conduction and evaluation of practical labs/students records
